I’m Bri, not only Alfie’s mum, but also a Speech Pathologist that loves all things AAC!

I have been working with children and adults who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) in schools and homes since beginning my Speech Pathology journey. AAC is like magic, it gives a voice to those that don’t speak and opens new doors to multimodal communicators.

I also have a graduate certificate in autism studies and love supporting the communication of Gestalt Language Processors in a neurodiversity affirming way.

Seeing the huge shortage of Speech Pathology services, I’m on a mission to come up with creative ways to support more families to access AAC and empower more organisations to support AAC users in the community.
